Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a bit pricey for a night's stay and located in an area that lacked modernity, resembling a traditional home more than a contemporary apartment. Despite this, the spacious rooms with a kitchen for cooking were a pleasant surprise, barely overshadowed by the noticeable noise levels both from within the hotel and the constant sirens outside.
Attended a wedding at the hotel which was a lovely experience. The rooms, while overlooking a car park, were comfortable and did not detract from our overall enjoyment. Service was mostly friendly, with the breakfast at the Corner Room being a standout. The location was convenient for exploring interesting parts of London. Dining was satisfactory, although there were some issues with clarity on menu items. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers impressively spacious rooms that beautifully blend modern and traditional London styles with added luxury. The location is great for exploring trendy markets and parks, though noise can be an issue. Dining options are broad, but some inconsistencies were noted. Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient, with friendly staff.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, but the configuration for baths/showers was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly overall, but the check-in process was slow. The location was convenient for public transport but lacked natural daylight. The dining experience was decent but a bit slow. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel surprised me with its spacious and lovely rooms, equipped with kitchenettes, a true luxury compared to other city hotels. The service was exceptional with attentive staff and even a touch of Art Deco in the reception area. The location offered easy access to various parts of London, though room allocation could use improvement. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with amazing food choices but some overlooked requests. Overall, a great value for money stay.
Staying here was overall a great experience. The rooms were perfect, especially for longer stays with a kitchen and a washing machine, but being directly below a dance floor during a wedding reception can be noisy. The service was a mix of attentive and friendly staff in the reception area but brusque and rude encounters. The location was convenient for meeting friends and family, but the surrounding area was not very appealing. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good breakfast options but also some mishaps with the orders. The facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a convenient location, especially for exploring the East side of London. The rooms look beautiful and had everything I needed for my 4-night stay, including a little kitchenette and a coffee machine. However, they need some maintenance as I noticed stains on furniture and missing tiles in the bathroom. The walls were also marked and stained, which was slightly off-putting. Being directly below a dance floor during a wedding reception made it quite noisy. The tiny desk and uncomfortable chair in the room were not ideal for working.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were huge but lacked views, and they were quite cold as the heating didn't work well. The service, however, was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond. The location was convenient, close to the city and historical sites. The dining experience was delicious but a bit simple for a 5-star place.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The Executive Studio room I had was unique with incredibly comfortable beds and glamorous bathrooms. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the room wasn't serviced after the first night, and despite the spaciousness, I found it a bit cold even with the heating on.
